Care Instructions:

Washing: Wash the ponytail extensions every 10-20 wears or when there is product buildup. Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners for human hair extensions to maintain their softness and health. For synthetic hair extensions, use products specifically formulated for synthetic hair.
Maintenance: Brush or comb the extensions nightly from bottom to top and hang them up when not in use to keep them looking fresh between washes. Use dry shampoo between washes to maintain freshness.
Heat Styling: Our human and synthetic hair extensions are both heat safe up to 350°F, allowing you to style them like your own hair. However, excessive heat can damage the hair, so use a heat protectant and avoid using heat tools on curly/kinky textures.
Cleaning Velcro: Before washing, clean the velcro by wetting it and applying a small amount of shampoo. Rinse thoroughly and wrap it back around to close the ponytail.
Washing Instructions (Human Hair): Keep the velcro closed to prevent wet hair from getting stuck. Soak the extensions in a tub of water with a small amount of sulfate-free shampoo, then gently dip and ring out the water. Repeat until the water runs clear. Apply conditioner directly to the hair, rinse, and follow up with a sulfate-free or synthetic leave-in conditioner.
